Payment methods
In our online shop, the payment methods displayed at checkout are available via Shopify Payments and connected payment service providers.
We currently offer the following payment methods:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- maestro
- Apple Pay
- Google Pay
- Shop Pay
- PayPal
- Klarna (invoice, instant payment or installment payment – depending on availability)
Payment processing is handled by Shopify International Ltd., Victoria Buildings, 1–2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland, and by the respective selected payment service providers.
The payment method will be debited immediately after the order is completed, unless otherwise specified for the chosen payment method.
There are no additional payment fees.
The terms and conditions and privacy policy of the respective payment provider also apply.
Shipment
2.1 Shipping area
Delivery is only available within Germany.
2.2 Shipping costs
- Shipping costs are €3.50 for orders under €25.00.
- Free shipping on orders over €25.00
The total price displayed at checkout is the binding price. Shipping costs are clearly displayed before order completion.
2.3 Processing time
Orders are usually processed and handed over to the shipping service provider within 24 hours on working days (Monday to Friday).
Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2.4 Delivery time
The delivery time is 2–4 working days, unless a different delivery time is specified in the respective offer.
The delivery time begins with the order and ends with the arrival of the goods at the consumer.
There are no deliveries on Sundays and public holidays.
2.5 Shipping service providers
Shipping is handled by DHL.
Delivery to DHL Packstations is possible, provided the required information is correctly entered during the ordering process.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information via email.
2.6 Partial deliveries
Partial deliveries will not be made.
2.7 Transfer of Risk
If the customer is a consumer, we bear the shipping risk until the goods are handed over to the customer.
2.8 Transport damage
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, we ask that you report this to the delivery person as soon as possible and inform us immediately.
Failure to submit a complaint does not affect your statutory warranty rights.
